We are announcing our Rescue Delaware 2022 Campaign #WalkAway. The Campaign will start with our Rescue Delaware Dinner to be held on January 22, 2022 at the Executive Banquet and Conference Center at 205 Executive Drive in Newark. Our featured speaker will be nationally known Brandon Straka, the founder of “The #WalkAway Campaign”. The #WalkAway Campaign is a grassroots movement founded by former liberal Brandon Straka and encourages those on the left to walk away from the tenets endorsed and mandated by the Democratic Party
of today.

Tickets are $100 and include a cocktail hour with assorted hors-d’oeuvres, 2 drink tickets for beer or wine, followed by a wonderful meal with your choice of New York Strip Steak or Chicken Marsala, and a dessert of assorted Italian pastries. A cash bar will also be provided for additional beverages.

VIP tickets are available for $175 and include everything mentioned above PLUS a special pre-event cocktail hour where you will personally meet with Brandon. More importantly, come and meet fellow Americans concerned about the wrong track our state and our nation are taking and learn why a former liberal not just walked away, but founded a national movement called “The #WalkAway Campaign”.

It’s time for us to #WalkAway from the travesty of what the new Democratic Party has done to our state and our nation. In our previous posts, we highlighted the economic decline of our State. Delaware’s per capita personal income was 18% above the national average in 2002, and in 2020 it was 5% below the national average. From 2002-2020 total earnings in the US increased 88% but rose only 47% in Delaware. From 2002-2020 nationwide income from investments rose by 129% but Delaware rose just under 89%. National transfer payments (aka Government Support) rose from 332% between 2002- 2020 but in Delaware, they rose almost 400%.

Delaware Department of Education conducts an annual Report Card and this is how it measured up last academic year:

 Only 42.18% of students were proficient in English language arts (ELA) last school year.
 Only 26.59% of students were proficient in math last school year.
 Only 58.59% of 12th-grade students were college and/or career-ready. It gets worse. Friday, December 11, the Biden Labor Department reported a 6.8% increase in the consumer price index in the month of November. That’s the fastest inflation growth since 1982. Democratic Party policies have shut down our schools, shutdown our restaurants, attacked our small businesses, deprived us of our liberty, shut down free speech, declared war on the American Energy Industry which has resulted in a dramatic increase in energy costs for heating and transportation. Many
small businesses are struggling to meet these challenges of inflation, supply chain shortages, and extreme energy costs. The question for many of these businesses is can they survive another year of this? Parents are frustrated at the poor quality of education and the emphasis on teaching propaganda that divides us and does not properly prepare our children for life after high school. The Carney Department of Education’s own report card bears out the failure of the Delaware Education System.
